Police investigating a serious collision in downtown Toronto that sent eight people to hospital on Boxing Day are looking for video footage of area drivers and businesses.
Toronto Police said shortly after 2 p.m. Sunday, a 32-year-old man driving a white Hyundai in the middle lane of Richmond Street turned left “across the road” from a Silver Kia at Yonge Street.
The collision caused the Kia, driven by a 22-year-old man, to roll onto its side and strike several pedestrians. Two of the pedestrians – apparently brothers – are in mortal danger, police said on Monday.
Traffic officers continue to investigate.
